Western Australia DSTDaylight Saving Time BillIn 2006 a Private Members Bill was passed though the Western Australia Parliament to introduce daylight Saving Time. Details are: Daylight Saving Bill 2006Bill No. 174Synopsis The purpose of this Bill is to introduce daylight saving to the State of Western Australia. The Bill proposes to introduce an initial period of daylight saving on 1 December 2006 with the finishing date of 25 March 2007. The Bill has a 'sunset clause' which allows for a review to be undertaken by Parliament, and presented to both Houses by 31 July 2009.
